Liz Fabel has more than 28 years of experience providing technical assistance, management support, resource mobilization and capacity building to and for global and local NGOs and is a technical specialist in the integration of HIV, sexual and reproductive health, GBV, education and empowerment programming for women and girls. Prior to joining Bantwana, she served as the Deputy Project Director for the JSI-managed DREAMS Innovation Challenge, funded by the U.S. Department of State. She holds an M.P.H. from the Harvard School of Public Health, an M.A. in International Development from Clark University, and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts.
