Obert Darara brings more than twelve years of experience providing strategic and technical leadership, systems strengthening and capacity-building, monitoring and evaluation, data management and analysis to both the NGO and public sectors. Through his current role as Senior Capacity Building Advisor for the Bantwana Initiative in Mozambique and previous position as Technical Director, Mr. Darara leads the technical assistance approach and organizational capacity strengthening for local NGOs to ensure technical, management and financial compliance to USAID OVC and project management guidance. He also support the maintenance and expansion of technical knowledge within the local implementing partners in to align and stay abreast with the PEPFAR priorities. Mr. Darara brings vast experience in leading Monitoring Evaluation and Reporting for OVC and DREAMS projects in both Mozambique and Zimbabwe and regular support to WEI/Bantwana regional teams.
