Prince Mulondo YosiaChief of Party Mozambique
Prince Mulondo Yosia brings 18 years of experience managing, coordinating, and providing strategic and technical guidance to organizations. He has led the development of effective monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems and HIV/AIDS strategic plans, and also steered the implementation and evaluation of large, complex USAID-funded programs that deliver high-quality care and support services for children, adults and families living with and affected by HIV/AIDS.
Prince Mulondo has lived and worked in several Mozambique provinces for the past 14 years, where he has supervised large teams of more than 150 staff and worked in close collaboration and maintained strong relationships with local partners and district, provincial and national government officials; as well as donors such as USAID/PEPFAR, UNDP, DFID, Irish AID and international organizations such as AED (now FHI 360) and Oxfam.
Prince Mulondo brings extensive technical expertise in the areas of HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment; Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health; M&E system development; and capacity building of local civil society organizations. With a Masters of Science in Management and years of experience in manager-level positions, Prince Mulondo possesses excellent skills in program leadership and management, representation, community mobilization, communications, negotiation, and capacity building.
