The ISA pilot is designed to demonstrate how district leadership can be strengthened to operationalize inter-sectoral integration of existing SRH, HIV and social services for adolescent girls and young women.
Specific objectives are to:
1. Strengthen district capacity to operationalize integrated inter-sectoral service delivery for AGYW across clinic and community platforms
2. Strengthen the engagement of youth in general and adolescent girls and young women in particular in the design, delivery, and monitoring of integrated service delivery for SRH and HIV
