Thulani Earnshaw
Executive Director Bantwana EswatiniFor over a decade, Mr. Earnshaw has provided technical leadership and strategic vision to integrated, family-centered OVC and AGYW programming in Eswatini in the areas of HIV prevention, child protection, youth development, economic strengthening, and early childhood development in Eswatini. Mr. Earnshaw has the proven ability to establish highly productive partnerships with key strategic stakeholder in the different government departments and the civil society community and private partners to mobilize essential, yet under-represented, community stakeholders and traditional leaders to lead and deliver an innovative, comprehensive OVC care and support initiatives in Eswatini. Prior to joining Bantwana, Mr. Earnshaw was working for the Business Management Extension Program (BMEP) starting as a credit officer and ending up as its Program manager. He has spent close to 20 years working in the development of the SME sector in Swaziland including the introduction of Junior Achievement in the school system to promote entrepreneurship at an early stage to the Swazi youth and was an active business trainer and had an accreditation from the International Labour Organisation (ILO) as a Master Trainer.
Mr. Earnshaw is a Masters of Arts in Sustainable International Development holder from the Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, Boston, MA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Small Businesses and Industries from Galilee College (Israel).
