The Operations Manual for the National Case Management System for Welfare and Protection of Children in Zimbabwe accompanies the system’s document and further expands on the concept put forth.  It serves as the primary, detailed guide for the implementation of the system in Zimbabwe. These implementation guidelines are for the purpose of standardizing and coordinating the multi-sectoral system of care for vulnerable children in Zimbabwe.
