Early Warning System- Eswatini

The Early Warning System (EWS) identifies girls who are vulnerable to drop-out and provides the key supports that keep them in school. These Response Protocols include student assessment and counseling, development of an Academic Support Action Plan, and referrals to health and social services as needed. Bantwana piloted two versions of the EWS in Eswatini: a teacher-administered tool, and a student self-administered tool.
